Wealthspire Advisors seeks a Financial Education Coordinator to support retirement plan education for plan participants. You will collaborate with advisors, internal teams, and sponsors to coordinate meetings, prepare participant materials, and promote financial wellness initiatives.

The role emphasizes engagement, clear communication of plan benefits, and hands-on education and operational support within a fiduciary advisory setting.

Qualifications

• Business sense and ability to apply business ideas for decision making.
• Experience in managing client relationships and delivering service.
• Focus on customer experience across touchpoints and channels.
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities.
• Clear, effective communication with clients and internal teams.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus for client engagement.
• Financial background is preferred for plan education roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle support functions for the client’s financial well-being initiative, including email and voicemail management.
• Manage meeting input and availability in RPAG system and input data to client records.
• Schedule ad hoc meetings with Financial Professionals and track summaries.
• Provide ongoing calendar of events and vital information for appointments.
• Produce promotional materials for events, including emails and flyers.
• Coordinate and conduct implementation calls and ongoing oversight of client wellness programs.
