Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors seeks a Financial Education Coordinator to support retirement plan education for plan participants. You will coordinate educational meetings, prep participant materials, and ensure clear communication of plan benefits with internal teams and sponsors.

You will promote participant engagement and support financial wellness initiatives through education and operational support.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating education programs for retirement or financial wellness.
• Ability to clearly communicate plan benefits and retirement concepts.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling, events, and data entry.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle support functions for the retirement wellbeing initiative, including scheduling and costs tracking.
• Manage meeting input and availability in the RPAG system.
• Schedule ad-hoc meetings with Financial Professionals and input data into client records.
• Support the team with a calendar of events and vital information for appointments.
• Produce promotional materials for events (email campaigns, flyers).
• Coordinate and conduct implementation and status calls with clients and sponsors.
