The role emphasizes participant engagement, understanding of 401(k) concepts, and coordinating education initiatives with operational support.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial wellness programs and client coordination.
• Ability to schedule meetings and manage calendars.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Real-world financial services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retirement plan education programs and materials.
• Manage RPAG system meeting inputs and calendars.
• Schedule meetings with Financial Professionals and track summaries.
• Produce promotional materials for events.
• Handle client relationship activities and status calls.
• Manage inquiries and support for financial wellness program.
