Job summary

GridUnity, Inc. is hiring a senior finance leader to drive reporting, revenue recognition, and grant administration in a remote-friendly environment.

You will manage GAAP-compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and oversee government grant compliance for a SaaS business. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of financial leadership in SaaS, deep GAAP knowledge, and experience with ERP systems like QuickBooks Online.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of financial management experience in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, government grant compliance, and ERP experience (e.g., QuickBooks Online).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under GAAP and manage revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Oversee DOE grant financial administration, cost accounting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Monitor SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, LTV, and CAC.
