Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience in federal contracting.
• MBA or Masters in accounting or finance preferred.
• Experience managing accounting tasks and staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as head of the accounting department, overseeing financial statements and reporting.
• Manage daily, monthly, and annual financial activities with focus on improvement.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce internal controls and policies.
• Prepare budgets, analyze data, and report KPIs to leadership.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
