Job summary

Advance Fleet Services LLC is seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller to lead our financial operations across three branch locations. This remote role requires monitoring financial status, reviewing budgets, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining compliance with accounting regulations and mitigating risks.

The ideal candidate has extensive accounting leadership experience, sharp attention to detail, and a proven ability to drive profitability across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Accounting/Finance required.
• 5+ years accounting with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience multi-site managing financials for multiple branches.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise or Sage.
• CPA/CMA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and update company accounting policies to comply with all rules and regulations
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of charges and payments
• Review and analyze budgets, costs, and profits
• Set and monitor key performance indicators
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
• Create risk assessment models
• Create and present reports on the company's financial performance
