TheyDo is seeking a Management Accountant to cover maternity leave from January 2027 to August 2027. You will oversee month-end close, invoicing, Dutch tax compliance, and ensure accurate financial reporting while the current role is away.

The role is fully remote, with ownership of finance operations across regions and a chance to improve processes as part of a fast‑growing, customer‑led company.

Qualifications

• Recent experience using NetSuite (within the last 4 years).
• A recognised accounting qualification.
• 2 - 4 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Startup/scale‑up experience (essential for understanding how we operate).

Responsabilités

• Running month-end reporting and bookkeeping.
• Producing accurate profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Managing employee expenses across multiple regions.
• Owning invoicing and collections from our customers.
• Supporting Dutch tax filings and compliance.
• Keeping our financial models accurate and useful (with leadership support).
