Placements24 is seeking a strategic and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and preparing insightful reports for senior management to support strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, analyze performance against budgets, present findings to executives, and drive improvements through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to support business cases, investments, and planning.
• Prepare detailed forecasts and budgets with input from multiple departments.
• Analyze performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends and variances.
• Create regular financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
