Placements24 is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our client’s team in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI analysis to drive data-driven decisions from any location.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with planning tools like Hyperion or Anaplan. You’ll contribute to strategic planning and partner with leadership to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial planning software (Hyperion, Anaplan) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks with actionable insights.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Support business units with FP&A, evaluating investment proposals.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to inform decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates and analysis.
