Job summary

Deckers Brands, in the United States (Remote), seeks a Finance Analyst II – Retail to support the NA commercial planning, reporting, and analysis. You will partner with finance leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, meaningful insights and data‑driven decisions.

You’ll help update quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, prepare summary reports, and perform variance analysis to drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
• Proficient Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling.
• Experience with Oracle or Hyperion is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly forecast and annual budget processes with updated models and inputs.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast to identify key drivers.
• Prepare recurring financial and management reports for leadership.
