The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience. Proficiency in Excel is essential, with experience in Oracle/Hyperion a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business/Accounting.
• 0–2 years of financial analysis or related experience.
• Experience in Consumer Products or Retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly forecast and annual budgets; update models and gather inputs.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Prepare recurring financial and management reports and explain drivers.
