Responsibilities

• Communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a polished, professional manner
• Review and analyze program financial statements, prepare forecasts, and solve financial issues
• Review and help prepare the financial components of proposals and reports to private foundation funders
• Participate in the preparation of webinar trainings for internal staff and external clients on nonprofit financial management
• Design tailored training sessions for internal teams to address financial literacy challenges
• Collaborate with non-financial colleagues across departments to improve financial reporting accuracy
• Update and maintain shared financial templates and other team resources
