Serco Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst for a 100% remote role to support DOAR BU Program Finance and government contracts across varied types. The ideal candidate will excel in Excel, be familiar with financial systems, and contribute to full lifecycle program finances.

You will provide cost/schedule/funding planning, reporting and analysis, develop WBS and BOEs, monitor billing, and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance. U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of financial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Managers including WBS, BOEs and time-phased budgets/EACs.
• Support accounts receivable during billing processing and provide invoice backup when required.
• Monitor billing status and unbilled issues and resolve with Contracts/Accounting/PMO.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor accruals as services/goods are received per GAAP/IFRS and internal policies.
• Assist with monthly program and finance rhythms, meetings and reviews.
• Administer program control per GAAP and corporate/government regulations.
• Prepare finance inputs for project setup and revenue recognition per contract terms.
• Liaise between operations and admin support on financial issues; interface with subcontractors, vendors and customers.
