Serco is seeking a Financial Analyst for a 100% remote role supporting the DOAR BU Program Finance Team. You will handle cost, schedule and funding planning, and provide analysis for Program Managers across various contract types.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, and advanced MS Excel skills. Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS and CPFF/T&M/FFP contracts is preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of government contracting regulations and accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of CPFF/T&M/FFP contracts.
• EAC understanding.

Responsabilités

• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Managers.
• Support accounts receivable during billing processing and provide invoice backup.
• Monitor billing status and resolve unbilled issues with Contracts, Accounting and PMO.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor accruals to ensure accurate cost reporting per GAAP/IFRS.
• Support monthly program and finance rhythms, meetings and reviews.
• Administer program control per GAAP, policies and government regulations.
• Prepare finance inputs for project setup and revenue recognition per contract terms.
• Liaise with operations, subcontractors, vendors and customers on financial issues.
