Qualifications

• At least 3 years leading teams or projects.
• Experience with legal or professional services tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, administration, and operation of the Firm's financial and administrative application portfolio.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Establish SLAs, metrics, and performance indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and user experience.
• Provide leadership during application incidents, outages, and production support.
