Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Financial & Administrative Applications Manager to lead the firm’s critical financial and administrative application portfolio. You will drive service delivery, reporting, and lifecycle management across Elite 3E, Intapp, UKG, and related platforms.

You will partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, and client services to optimize operations, governance, and data-driven decision making while mentoring a high-performing team through complex deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise applications.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams, projects, or operations.
• Experience with financial, accounting, admin, or legal tech platforms preferred.
• Experience in professional services, legal, or financial services environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial, admin, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, administration, and operations of the firm’s financial and administrative applications.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction with SLAs.
• Establish and monitor service levels, metrics, and performance indicators.
• Drive process improvements for support and user experience.
• Provide leadership during incidents and production support.
• Mentor and develop the application support and operations team.
