Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Financial & Administrative Applications Manager to lead the firm’s financial and administrative application portfolio, ensuring stability, security, and alignment with business objectives.

You will oversee application support, incident management, reporting (Power BI/SSRS), vendor relationships, and lifecycle activities across the firm’s enterprise apps, with remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Business/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise business apps.
• 3+ years leading teams, projects, or operations.
• Experience with financial/administrative/legal platforms preferred.
• Strong BI/reporting and data analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, administration, and operation of the firm’s financial and administrative apps.
• Provide leadership during incidents, outages, and production support.
• Develop and monitor SLAs, metrics, and performance indicators.
• Build partnerships with Finance, Accounting, Billing, HR, and other stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and product roadmaps for upgrades and enhancements.
• Oversee reporting/BI solutions (Power BI, SSRS) and data governance.
• Coordinate application upgrades, releases, and documentation.
