Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, accounting, or finance or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise business applications and 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp, UKG or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong Power BI, SSRS, and data reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, administration, and operation of the firm’s financial and administrative applications.
• Drive incident management, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions across Finance, Billing, HR and other functions.
• Manage vendor relationships and roadmap discussions for application platforms.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, deployment, and documentation.
