Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Financial & Administrative Applications Manager to lead the Firm's application portfolio spanning finance, HR, and procurement. You will drive service delivery, governance, and operational excellence across a diverse set of enterprise tools.

This role includes mentoring teams, coordinating upgrades, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decisions using Power BI and SSRS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise business applications.
• Minimum of 3 years leading teams, projects, or operational functions.
• Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp, UKG, or similar enterprise platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application support, operations, and service delivery for the firm's financial and administrative apps.
• Oversee reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions (Power BI/SSRS) across Finance, HR, and Procurement.
• Manage vendor relationships, roadmap discussions, and upgrade planning.
