Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Financial & Administrative Applications Manager to lead the firm’s financial and administrative application portfolio. You will drive support, service delivery, and lifecycle activities across critical systems, partnering with Finance, HR, and other business units.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and BI/reporting expertise, including Power BI and SSRS, to improve reliability, data visibility, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise business applications; 3+ years leading teams or projects.
• Experience with financial, administrative, or legal tech platforms; familiarity with professional services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, administration, and operations of the Firm's financial and administrative application portfolio.
• Establish SLAs, metrics, and continuous improvement of service delivery.
• Mentor and develop the application support and operations teams; manage priorities and workload.
• Build strong partnerships with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other stakeholders; act as trusted advisor on system capabilities.
• Manage vendor relationships and involvement in upgrades, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee reporting/BI solutions using Power BI and SSRS; ensure data accuracy and governance.
