Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an experienced Financial & Administrative Applications Manager to lead the firm’s financial and administrative application portfolio, ensuring stability, security, and alignment with business needs.

The role offers remote flexibility or placement in any location with responsibilities spanning incident management, service delivery, and strategic IT improvements across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Accounting functions.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in IT, business, accounting, finance, or related field.
Experience leading teams and projects in a professional services environment preferred.
Experience with enterprise financial/legal technology platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the operation, support, and continuous improvement of the financial and administrative apps portfolio.
Oversee incident management, service delivery, and vendor relationships.
Own reporting, analytics, and BI using Power BI and SSRS across functions.
Drive process improvements, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Mentor staff and align applications with business objectives.
