Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Program Lead to oversee and execute critical finance transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Data, and Technology teams to drive process improvements, systems optimization, and organizational change in a global, remote setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, or Enterprise Transformation programs.
• Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives within complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of finance processes including Revenue Recognition, O2C, Tax Operations, and Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.
• Define practical future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
