Job summary

Salute is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead core financial operations, own budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial systems design. This remote role includes travel and partnerships with senior leadership to scale the business and drive strategic decisions.

You will build scalable financial structures, manage client financial relationships, and support multi-entity operations while delivering robust reporting and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in a finance management role in a project-based business.
• Proven experience budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing at a company or business-unit level.
• Experience designing or improving financial systems, processes, and controls.
• Comfort operating in a growth-stage environment and building playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and forecasting processes including annual budget and rolling forecasts.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze run rates, project costing, and margin performance for leadership decisions.
• Lead a company-wide finance transformation and design unified financial platforms.
• Support cross-functional partner engagements with financial oversight for projects.
