Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a leading global workforce solutions company, seeks a Senior Finance Program/Project Manager to drive enterprise-scale finance transformation initiatives across finance, process optimization, and technology enablement in a remote role.

You will partner with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams, manage ERP modernization, AI-enabled improvements, and change management while delivering measurable results across North America and Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading finance transformation, business transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including AP, AR, Fixed Assets, FP&A, accounting operations, or shared services.
• Demonstrated success working with executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation and process improvement initiatives from planning through execution.
• Drive programs involving ERP modernization, AI-enabled process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
• Partner with executive leadership, finance teams, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, actions, and executive communications.
• Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Develop change management strategies that support adoption and business readiness.
• Coordinate with global teams across North America and Asia-Pacific regions.
• Drive accountability and proactively remove roadblocks to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Create concise and impactful updates for leadership audiences.
