• Demonstrated success working with executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects independently.

You will partner with senior finance leaders, global process owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic programs that improve efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and support enterprise-wide transformation efforts. What You'll Do

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, ERP modernization, or enterprise transformation programs
• Exposure to AI, automation, robotic process automation (RPA), or digital transformation initiatives
• Background in finance PMO, consulting, finance operations, or transformation leadership
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps
