Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Finance Transformation Analyst to drive modernization of finance processes, data, and reporting. You will partner with Finance, IT, Shared Services and stakeholders to standardize, automate and improve close, group reporting, intercompany activities and data quality.

The role focuses on ERP implementations, Central Finance and other finance technology platforms, with strong analytical and project management requirements. Remote within the USA.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business administration/economics/commerce/data analytics.
• 5+ years in Financial Systems, FP&A, Accounting, or Business Analysis.
• 5+ years executing finance processes: close, consolidation, reporting, planning, intercompany.
• 2+ years performing reconciliation activities.
• 2+ years supporting business process improvement or system implementation.
• 5+ years Excel experience with advanced functions and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Finance transformation and process improvement to enhance efficiency and standardization.
• Support ERP and finance technology deployments (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
• Participate in system testing, SIT/UAT, and data validation during deployments.
• Document requirements, processes, and functional specs; support R2R and financial close improvements.
