Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Change Management Specialist for Finance Transformation. You will design enterprise OCM strategies, frameworks, and governance, partnering across Finance, IT, and HR to drive adoption and readiness.

You will influence senior leaders and deliver communications, sponsorship, and training programs in a global, matrixed environment. The role emphasizes orchestration of change across Finance transformation initiatives, with focus on governance, stakeholder

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive Organizational Change Management experience in large-scale transformations.
Experience delivering Finance, ERP, or technology transformation programs.
Experience establishing governance, stakeholder engagement, executive sponsorship, communications, training, and adoption frameworks.
Proven ability to influence executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience partnering with Finance, IT, HR, and business leaders in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise OCM strategy for Finance Transformation initiatives.
Develop governance, toolkits, and adoption plans for global initiatives.
Lead stakeholder engagement and sponsorship activities across functions and geographies.
Create executive communications, dashboards, and metrics to track readiness and adoption.
Coordinate change readiness assessments and post-implementation reviews.
