Job summary

BILL is leading a major finance transformation by consolidating Oracle Fusion Cloud and Salesforce across Quote-to-Cash and Core Finance. We seek a Change Manager to own the people side, turn design decisions into clear changes, and drive adoption across Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Sales Ops, and Product.

This high-visibility role reports to Finance Transformation leadership and collaborates with our SI partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• 7+ years of change management and/or communications experience on strategic transformations.
• Hands-on experience leading change for ERP or finance transformation (Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, or similar).
• Proven ability to design and execute change strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own BILL’s organizational change management (OCM) strategy and plan for the program.
• Lead stakeholder assessments and change impact assessments by workstream.
• Build and run a change network of business process owners and key users across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product.
• Build leadership alignment and sponsor engagement plans with executives and functional leaders.
• Develop and execute the program communications plan, including leadership messages and go-live readiness.
• Partner with training leads on end-user training strategy and delivery for build, test, and cutover.
• Define and track adoption and readiness metrics before and after go-live.
