Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Six or more years in strategy, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Two or more years leading complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects focused on process improvement, solution design, operating model transformation, and automation opportunities across Finance.
• Partner with Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to assess business needs, define requirements, and design solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to improve Finance capabilities.
• Support development of Finance target-state capabilities, operating models, and strategic roadmaps.
• Analyze operational, financial, and strategic considerations to evaluate investments.
• Drive execution of initiatives with planning, coordination, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to promote alignment and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, Governance, and business teams.
• Contribute to portfolio management activities including prioritization, sequencing, dependency management, reporting, and value measurement.
• Develop executive-level communications that articulate objectives, progress, and value realization.
• Support organizational change management with communications, training, and capability-building.
