Job summary

Stanford Health Care seeks a Director of Finance Program & Change Management to lead transformative finance initiatives. You will oversee planning, governance, and execution of complex programs, partnering with finance leaders, analysts, and executives to drive standardization and improved operating models.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and benefits, while developing standards and capabilities for the Finance organization.

Qualifications

• Eight years+ in program management, change management, or business transformation leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional finance transformation programs with scope, schedule, budget, and risk accountability.
• Experience developing organizational change management strategies with adoption measurement.
• Healthcare/academic medical center experience is a plus.
• PMI PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications are required; Prosci/CCMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance program and change management activities aligned with finance strategy.
• Establish governance, schedules, budgets, and benefit realization metrics.
• Manage interdependencies and ensure internal controls and compliance.
• Coach and develop program managers and change managers.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive transformation outcomes.
