Synthires is seeking a Finance & Accounting Expert (Remote) to design realistic, multi-step tasks that test AI systems on finance workflows, including FP&A, reporting, audits, and reconciliations. You will define clear grading criteria and produce supporting documents to ensure rigorous evaluation.

The role emphasizes strong English proficiency (B2/C1) and extensive experience in finance, with a fully remote, contractor arrangement and payment per task.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in FP&A, financial reporting, auditing, reconciliations, or accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate real-world finance workflows into measurable tasks.
• Strong Excel skills and cross-document work.

Responsabilités

• Design multi-step tasks based on real finance and accounting workflows, including FP&A, financial reporting, audit procedures, and reconciliations.
• Establish objective grading criteria for consistent evaluation.
• Develop tasks requiring professional judgment, interpretation, and analysis of financial materials.
• Create or source supporting materials, including spreadsheets, general ledger extracts, financial statements, and policy documents.
• Identify and flag ambiguous or ungradable tasks before submission.
• Deliver approved tasks on schedule while maintaining quality.
