Qualifications

Hands-on experience in FP&A, financial reporting, auditing, or reconciliations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate real-world finance workflows into clearly defined, measurable tasks.
Strong Excel skills and ability to work across multiple financial documents.
Ability to apply objective standards consistently and accurately.

Responsibilities

Design multi-step tasks based on real finance and accounting workflows.
Establish objective grading criteria for consistent evaluation.
Develop tasks requiring professional judgment and analysis of financial materials.
Create or source supporting materials like spreadsheets and financial statements.
Identify and flag ambiguous or ungradable tasks before submission.
Deliver approved tasks on schedule with quality standards.
