Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in finance or accounting functions such as FP&A, financial reporting, auditing, reconciliations, or accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate real-world finance workflows into clearly defined, measurable tasks.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work across multiple financial documents.
• Ability to apply objective standards consistently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step tasks based on real finance and accounting workflows, including FP&A, financial reporting, audit procedures, and reconciliations.
• Establish objective grading criteria for consistent evaluation across reviewers.
• Develop tasks requiring professional judgment, interpretation, and analysis of financial materials.
• Create or source supporting materials such as spreadsheets, general ledger extracts, financial statements, and policy documents.
• Identify and flag ambiguous or ungradable tasks before submission.
• Deliver approved tasks on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
