The role requires 3+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and fluent English for clear written communication. Remote, project-based engagement with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial planning.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluent English, with strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design tasks involving budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow planning, unit economics, and scenario modeling.
• Build reference solutions with transparent formulas, documented assumptions, and reconciled financial outputs.
• Evaluate agents combining financial and operational data, identifying performance drivers, and updating forecasts.
• Define criteria for model integrity, calculation accuracy, analytical depth, and usefulness of recommendations.
• Identify formula errors, inconsistent assumptions, double counting, and unsupported business conclusions.
