Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on FP&A, financial reporting, auditing or reconciliations.
• Experience creating structured review standards and rubrics.
• Strong ability to translate professional judgment into objective criteria.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic, multi-step finance tasks based on practical workflows.
• Develop clear instructions and grading rubrics for consistent evaluation.
• Create challenging scenarios requiring professional judgment and interpretation.
• Prepare supporting materials including statements and policy documents.
• Review tasks for clarity and gradability, flagging ambiguities.
• Deliver tasks on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
