OU Health Sr. Finance Systems Analyst drives Workday Financials design, development, testing, and analytics. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, ensure data integrity, and build reporting solutions with Workday, Power BI, Prism, and Adaptive Planning.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance stakeholders, mentoring teammates, and delivering secure finance technology enhancements aligned with OU Health's strategy. Remote work is allowed for the listed states.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Workday Pro certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as subject matter expert for Workday Financials and related Finance systems and business processes.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics in Workday, Power BI, Prism, and Adaptive Planning.
• Lead project charters, business requirements, and implementation plans for system enhancements.
• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Finance technology solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders for upgrades and integrations.
• Mentor and coach other analysts; drive process improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely issue resolution.
