Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Sr. Finance Systems Analyst to optimize Workday Financials and related finance platforms. This role designs, tests, implements, and maintains ERP and reporting solutions, ensuring data integrity and secure operation.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor teammates, develop requirements, and partner with Finance and operations to drive efficiencies. Remote-friendly locations include AR, KS, MO, OK, TX, and more; strong Excel, Power BI, Prism, and Adaptive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience required.
Workday Pro certification is required.
Expert knowledge of finance processes and systems.

Responsibilities

Serves as subject matter expert for Workday Financials and related finance systems and processes.
Develops partnerships with Finance and operational functions.
Mentors, guides, and coaches other analysts and team members.
Develops project charters, business requirements, and implementation plans.
Leads the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Finance technology solutions.
