Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Finance IT Business Systems Analyst to optimize Finance and Accounting processes and technologies. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for ERP and Revenue Management systems and drive changes across the financial landscape.

You will collaborate with internal Finance teams to collect requirements, design, develop, and deploy systems, while guiding integration work and documentation. The role emphasizes process improvement and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, IS, CS, CE, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Consulting or Business Analyst with NetSuite ERP/Financial Systems and Revenue Accounting.
• Understanding of business accounting & financial processes.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Coaching and mentoring of team members.
• Knowledge of SOX Audit processes & controls.

Responsibilities

• Capture business context and define problem statements, current/future states, objectives and business cases.
• Develop detailed business, user, process, and system requirements mapped to the business vision.
• Diagram current and future state application workflows through workshops.
• Lead full development lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Research and resolve high-priority application issues.
• Provide technical and functional expertise across financial systems.
• Develop and maintain functional, technical and process documentation.
• Coordinate integrations with other mission-critical applications.
• Build expertise and grow capabilities among team members.
