Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Finance IT Business Systems Analyst to drive improvements in financial processes and technology.

You will work with the Finance team to gather requirements, design, develop, manage, and implement changes across ERP and Revenue Management apps, serving as a subject matter expert. This role emphasizes lifecycle management, integration coordination, documentation, and team development, with a focus on accuracy, SOX controls, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Information Systems, CS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of consulting or business analysis experience with NetSuite ERP/Financial Systems and Revenue Accounting.
• Understanding of accounting processes and SOX controls.
• Strong customer service and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture business context and create business cases and future state objectives.
• Draft detailed functional and non-functional requirements mapped to business vision.
• Map current and future state workflows through workshops.
• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment lifecycle.
• Resolve high-priority application issues and provide system expertise.
• Create and maintain functional/technical documentation.
• Coordinate integrations with other finance systems and teams.
• Foster team development and knowledge growth.
