Job summary

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS company enabling life sciences firms to bring therapies to patients faster. The Finance IT Business Systems Analyst will serve as the SME for ERP and Revenue Management systems, driving improvements and managing changes across the financial systems landscape.

You will capture requirements, map processes, lead lifecycle activities, and coordinate integrations while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Business Analyst experience with implementation or hands-on administration of NetSuite ERP/Financial Systems platforms and Revenue Accounting
• Knowledge of SOX Audit processes & controls, evidence collection, and audit support

Responsibilities

• Capture business context and define problem statements, current and future states, objectives, and business cases.
• Develop detailed business, user, process, and system requirements aligned to the business vision.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and diagram current and future state application workflows.
• Lead full development lifecycle activities, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Research and resolve high-priority and advanced application issues.
• Provide technical and functional expertise across financial systems.
• Develop and maintain functional, technical, and internal process documentation.
• Coordinate integrations to ensure efficient communication between mission-critical applications.
• Build expertise and grow capabilities among team members.
