Job summary

GoMining is seeking a Project Manager in its Finance department to own internal initiatives that scale finance operations. You will lead finance projects end‑to‑end, drive new provider integrations, and coordinate with product, engineering, payments, and accounting to deliver tangible outcomes.

You will map and optimize finance processes, automate reporting, and build lean systems that reduce manual work and improve reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, ideally in Finance or Operations.
• Hands-on experience with process automation and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments and aligning stakeholders you don’t manage.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from idea to measurable results.
• Strong ownership, proactivity, and communication with senior leaders.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, yet pragmatic with low bureaucracy.
• Comfort with a fast pace, shifting priorities, and large workloads.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal finance projects from idea to result: scope, plan, stakeholders, timeline and delivery.
• Drive the integration of new providers and systems into finance workflows with product, engineering, payments and accounting.
• Maintain timelines and chase dependencies across departments to hit committed dates.
• Communicate status, risks and results to department heads and senior leadership.
• Map existing finance and accounting processes, identify bottlenecks and prioritize fixes.
• Automate financial reporting to reduce time and improve data reliability.
• Build and streamline processes from scratch, keeping them lean and practical.
• Standardise finance interactions with other teams: requests, handoffs, approvals and ownership.
