Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Business and Program Management to join a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role oversees business and program management activities supporting financial planning, reporting, and process execution across cross-functional teams. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $107,500 - $204,500 annually. You will drive timely delivery, strengthen application governance, and partner with Finance to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial reporting, planning, or forecasting tools.
• 3+ years of experience with a financial planning platform in a user or administrative role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide user support for the financial planning application, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Assist in administering the application, including managing security groups and workflows.
• Partner with Finance teams to gather requirements and support financial reporting processes.
• Develop training materials and user guides for users.
• Lead core activities to improve efficiency in financial processes.
• Support documentation and project tracking initiatives.
