• Experience with large data sets and financial analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of government compliance (CAS/FAR) and disclosure requirements.
• Ability to coach and develop junior finance professionals.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to executives.

This role will lead core FP&A activities across a specialized portfolio, with a strong emphasis on forecasting, planning, and financial analysis. The manager will partner closely with business leadership to evaluate cost drivers, build decision-support models, and translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready insights. This position also supports disciplined reporting, regulatory compliance, and process improvements that strengthen financial visibility and operational decision-making.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 - $204,500 annually
