Job summary

Hiver is a modern AI-driven customer service platform and we are seeking a Part-Time Finance Operations & Sales Support Associate to assist the Sales team with day-to-day finance and operational activities during partial US working hours.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented, organized professionals who enjoy working with customers and internal teams. Prior experience in finance operations is preferred and you will handle invoices, payments, and related inquiries with accuracy.

Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA or related qualification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Independent, takes ownership of tasks.
• Available to work 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with vendors for onboarding and collect information/documents.
• Confirm and track customer payment receipts.
• Respond to and resolve invoice, payment, and receipt queries.
• Handle ad-hoc finance and operational queries from the Sales team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on invoices and payments.
• Support the Sales team with other finance-related tasks.
