HAI Group seeks a Financial Operations Analyst to support Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Compliance. You will work with AR and Treasury colleagues to perform daily and monthly processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accuracy across financial activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• 0-1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries to the General Ledger.
• Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Analyze intercompany balances and assist with weekly intercompany settlements.
• Support banking operations, liquidity transfers, and treasury activities.
• Assist with premium tax filings, compliance reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
