Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting skills with thorough knowledge of GAAP.
• High attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring integrity of reported results and proper reconciliation with client billing systems.
• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast processes as a liaison between finance and site operations personnel, delivering insights.
• Prepare and issue monthly financial packages and performance metrics to account and client stakeholders on a timely and accurate basis.
• Function as a financial resource and SME to facility and project teams, ensuring understanding of MSAs and key financial procedures.
• Oversee project billing processes, ensuring proper calculation, invoicing, and revenue recognition with process improvements.
• Manage corporate finance activities including annual budgeting for the P&L, monitoring income statements and receivables.
