Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to support payment reconciliation and financial health. The role emphasizes SAP and Excel proficiency, deep data analysis, and collaboration with store partners to minimize loss and ensure a positive customer experience.

You will lead reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, monitor settlement jobs, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve funding issues while maintaining compliance and strong internal controls.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, reconciliation, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP and Excel proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth analysis of funding variances and discrepancies, determining root causes and corrective actions.
• Leverage advanced Excel to compile, reconcile, and interpret data for daily and month-end reporting.
• Monitor settlement jobs daily and resolve issues before they impact financial reporting.
• Assess customer accounts for accuracy and resolve bad balances and discrepancies.
• Apply fraud detection and risk assessment techniques to review orders and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with store leadership to resolve complex payment issues.
• Prepare and present chargeback responses with documentation to payment processors.
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and reconciliation efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
