Doosan Bobcat is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to ensure accurate cash application, reconciliation, and timely resolution of payment issues. You will collaborate with collections, treasury, and accounting to maintain financial integrity across the organization.

The role emphasizes posting customer payments in Oracle and SAP, meeting month-end deadlines, and resolving variances between the general ledger and bank records. Strong Office skills and mainframe experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
• Experience: 2–5 years.
• Solid understanding of cash application and AR processes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a large mainframe accounting system (Oracle, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Identify and post customer payments in multiple systems, including Oracle and SAP.
• Meet month-end deadlines and complete cash application tasks accurately.
• Process approved bad debt write-offs, refunds, and credit/debit offsets.
• Reconcile cash receipts with bank records and GL.
• Collaborate with treasury and accountants to resolve variances.
• Research payment inquiries and disputes for timely resolution.
• Support collections through reconciliation and problem resolution.
