Job summary

Volvo Car Financial Services seeks a Finance Market Manager for the Great Lakes region, based in the United States with travel to Columbus, OH. You will drive market results, lead retailers, and shape sales strategies across multiple markets.

You will apply F&I and retail sales expertise, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer experience and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent automotive retail experience required.
• 3–5 years of automotive retail experience in F&I and retail sales.
• Proficient with Dealertrack and RouteOne for credit apps and digital contracting.
• Strong MS Office and Power BI skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to plan, lead, and mentor retailers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Achieve market targets for new retail, new lease, CPO, and pre-owned volumes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Volvo retailers.
• Plan and participate in monthly and annual sales strategy sessions.
• Coordinate with regional managers on retailer meetings and messaging.
• Develop retailer improvement plans and opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with in-market and admin teams.
• Manage market activities, meetings, and travel planning.
• Monitor CX initiatives and driver for higher customer satisfaction and JD Power scores.
• Oversee market implementation of sales programs and digital solutions.
• Host annual VCFS Retailer Summit and other market events.
