Job summary

Volvo Car Financial Services is seeking a Finance Market Manager for the Great Lakes region, based in Columbus, Ohio. This home-based role requires in-market travel three to four days per week to meet with retailers and achieve sales targets.

You will lead, mentor, and coordinate with regional teams on incentives, financials, and retailer performance. Strong F&I/retail experience and proficiency with Dealertrack/RouteOne are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or automotive retail.
• 3–5 years of automotive retail experience with strong F&I and retail sales background.
• Experience with Dealertrack and RouteOne platforms including credit applications and digital contracting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve market targets for new retail, lease, CPO and pre-owned vehicles (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Provide leadership and mentorship to retailers.
• Coordinate with VCFS Regional Sales & Marketing Manager on retailer meetings and messaging.
